Redeeming a Project Egoist code is a four-step loop, not a hidden puzzle. Players still fail it because the group gate is easy to skip and the Codes button sits in a busy lobby. This page is the exact path from a cold install to a successful redeem, plus the error messages that look like dead codes but are not.

Step 1: Join the required group

Open Roblox and search for Cool group for big cool people. Join it before you launch the experience. The group is the official community for Project Egoist, and the client checks membership when you press Redeem. If you joined months ago and left, join again. If you are on an alt, that alt needs its own join. There is no shared household unlock.

You do not need to spend Robux on a group role. A standard member is enough. After you join, wait a few seconds, then start Project Egoist from the official game page or your continue list.

Step 2: Reach the lobby, not a match

Codes live in the lobby UI. If you queued straight into a 6v6, finish or leave and return. On the left side of the lobby you will see a ticket-style Codes button. Mobile players sometimes hide it under a collapsed tray; open the left stack before you assume the feature is missing.

Already redeemed. This account used the string. Switch accounts only if you also joined the group on that account.

Invalid or expired. Either a typo or a real sunset. Check the live table, then the archive. Do not keep retrying; it will not un-expire.

Blank box / button does nothing. You are in a match, a cutscene, or a laggy lobby after a shutdown. Return to a fresh lobby. The Discord is the place to confirm a live outage.

Mobile and console notes

On mobile, tap the ticket, paste if your keyboard allows it, then tap Redeem. If paste is blocked, type slowly; autocorrect loves turning THENINJA into a word.
